Hutchin provides commercial telescopic cylinder for Americas, compatible with Parker telescopic cylinders, Hyco telescopic cylinders, Custom Hoist telescopic cylinders, and Mailhot telescopic cylinders. These multi-stage cylinders feature a 2,500 PSI pressure rating, cross-tube mounting, and single-acting mechanism. Double-acting telescopic cylinders can be custom-manufactured to meet specific operational requirements. All units are equipped with premium Hallite® sealing kits, engineered for demanding applications in dump truck/trailer operations and refuse industries.

In dump truck and trailer applications, the cylinder must lift the bed to a high angle for complete unloading. Multi-stage cylinders provide the long extension needed to achieve this without requiring excessive space when retracted. This makes them ideal for vehicles with limited mounting room.

Multi-stage Hydraulic Cylinder (Telescopic Cylinder): comprises multiple nested cylinders (stages), which extend sequentially, allowing a much longer stroke in a more compact retracted size.
